CELLULOSIC THINNER
It can be safely used as a thinner in the application of all cellulosic and polyurethane based paints, varnishes and primers. It can also be used for cleaning paint application tools, as well as for cleaning existing oil, rust and dust on surfaces where paint will be applied for the first time.
