“The close bond between the power of color and human psychology has compelled us to find the best colors that make us feel good.”
How Color Affects Our Lives:
In fact, each life has a different color all of its own. Mankind has pondered, experimented, and developed ideas to make our world a more colorful place since time immemorial.
The daylight that reaches us took roughly 10 million years to escape the sun’s core and get here. What’s more, some of the light that reaches us is absorbed on contact with objects while some is reflected. When this reflected light hits our eyes, we perceive the object’s color. How colors affect our lives has been the subject of research ever since Sir Isaac Newton passed daylight through a prism in 1666 and showed that white light is the condition in which all colors are visible.
It cannot be denied that colors affect our mood, attitude, and behavior. “The close bond between the power of color and human psychology has compelled us to find the best colors that make us feel good.” Colors make us feel safe and comfortable at home while energizing and motivating us at work.

“The dimensions and sections of spaces are measured more by perception than in square meters! The most eye-catching source of perception is the right paint!”
With their powers of visual perception, colors are one of the most effective tools to create the language of expression when designing spaces. With the impression it instills in people, color directly influences the evaluation criteria in spatial perception. Different paint can be used to define separate areas in a space or on a facade or surface. We encounter similar designs and definitions in most of the places we frequent in daily life.
For example, in a house without a study, separating an area from the main space not only helps a person concentrate inside the workspace but also customizes the main space by giving it a partition. You can set off this area with a strong color selection. Even if you cannot change the floor, the changes you will make in the wall and ceiling paint will make visible differences.
Similarly, you can highlight the openings in the passages between spaces using different color paints. If you can move directly from one space to another using an opening, the right thing to do would be to highlight that area using a different color paint. For instance, if the passage to your kitchen is open, you could consider a different color for the passage, as a separator. The use of different color paint will be enough to highlight and separate the passage between spaces.
In houses that do not have entrances or have small entrances, painting the frame of the entrance door a few tones lighter or darker than your current wall color will create a sense of width and space within space.
